About Us:
We are a client-focused organization providing high-quality, virtual ABA therapy services to children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 across New York State. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate and evidence-based behavior support in a flexible and supportive virtual environment.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Remote BCBA to provide telehealth services and clinical oversight to clients and RBTs across New York. This role offers a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
  • Develop and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide virtual supervision and training to RBTs/Behavior Technicians
  • Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with caregivers and school staff via telehealth
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes using CentralReach

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York State
  • Experience with virtual ABA service delivery
  • Familiarity with CentralReach (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience working with children ages 3–18
  • Reliable internet and private, professional work environment
  • Strong communication and time management skills
