In this remote role, you will be working in collaboration with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals within a fully virtual setting. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have diverse responsibilities aimed at enhancing the mental health of students. Your core tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each student's unique needs and developing tailored treatment plans that align with established best practices.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a spectrum of mental health challenges.
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Collaborating with educators, school psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and develop strategies that facilitate student success in both academic and social areas.
• Participating in regular peer review and case consultation meetings to continuously improve care quality and adapt to the latest research in the mental health field.
• Providing education and support to students and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Managing a caseload of students, ensuring their treatment goals are met timely while upholding the ethical guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

This role specifically focuses on the mental health needs of children and adolescents. You will engage with a diverse array of students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related symptoms. Your approach will emphasize building trusting relationships and fostering resilience and coping strategies that enable students to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of three years’ experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting, with a focus on youth.
• Expertise in solution-based interventions and familiarity with current evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with children and their families.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities and adaptability to serve a diverse student population effectively.
• Ability to collaborate successfully within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents facing educational and social challenges.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care approaches.
