Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Actively collaborate with families to craft and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that align with the child’s developmental goals.
  • Monitor and document the progress of clients, using evidence-based methods to adapt strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
  • Deliver Early Intervention (EI) services in innovative ways, utilizing the coaching model and natural learning environment practices to foster developmental skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to child welfare and intervention services.
  • Develop constructive relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members, fostering a supportive environment conducive to growth and learning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on supporting children, particularly those with disabilities and developmental delays, aged from infancy to toddlerhood. By offering personalized interventions and resources, our service aims to enrich their experiences, help them learn essential life skills, and navigate their environments effectively. The caring approach you bring as an LCSW will directly influence the children's emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work is mandatory.
  • State Department of Public Health licensure as well as LCSW certification are required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills along with effective communication capabilities.
Preferred Experience
  • At least one year of experience working in early intervention services, particularly with children facing developmental challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, complemented by a substantial sign-on bonus.
