Job description

THE ROLE
At Form3, we're transforming the way financial institutions move money globally. Our cloud-native payments platform enables banks, FinTechs and regulated financial institutions to connect to payment schemes securely, reliably and at scale.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager - Global Sponsor Bank Enablement to play a pivotal role in expanding our global payments platform. Working within our Product organisation and reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll help define the strategy and roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled capabilities that support entry into new markets.
You'll work closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams, while partnering with leading financial institutions and sponsor banks to translate complex payment infrastructure, regulatory and operational requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
What you'll be doing:
  • Contribute to the product strategy for Form3's global sponsor bank proposition.
  • Own the roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled platform capabilities.
  • Design reusable sponsor bank engagement and onboarding models that support expansion across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Build trusted relationships with sponsor banks and payment infrastructure providers.
  • Translate sponsor bank, regulatory and payment scheme requirements into clear product capabilities.
  • Analyse domestic and international payment flows to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Customer Success teams.
  • Support market assessments, commercial business cases and strategic market expansion initiatives.
  • Define KPIs to measure sponsor bank proposition success and market readiness.
  • Champion sponsor banking as a strategic capability across Form3's Product organisation.
  • Represent Form3 through customer engagement and industry events where appropriate.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential
  • Extensive Product Management experience within Payments, Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure or FinTech.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international payment ecosystems, including clearing, settlement, sponsor banking, liquidity management and payment schemes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end Product Management, including product strategy, roadmap ownership and product definition.
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across financial institutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting partnership models or business cases.
  • Ability to simplify complex payment and regulatory concepts into clear product direction.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Desirable
  • Experience supporting international market expansion.
  • Experience developing sponsor bank propositions.
  • Experience expanding payment rail capabilities across multiple markets.
  • Experience representing an organisation through customer engagement, industry events or thought leadership.
