How we work:ย ย ย 

  • Location: Lincoln, Nebraskaย ย 
  • Schedule:ย In-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; optional remote work on Wednesday and Friday.ย ย 
  • Travel:ย 10โ€“15% for donor visits, events, and trainingsย 

Whatย youโ€™llย do:ย ย 

  • Cultivate,ย solicit, and secure planned gifts including bequests, estate gifts, andย gifts ofย non-cash assetsย 
  • Build and manage a portfolio of planned giving prospects, guiding donors fromย initialย engagement through commitmentย 
  • Developย lead generation strategies and donor experiencesย in partnership with Marketing and Individual Engagementย 
  • Identifyย major gift opportunities within the planned giving pipeline and collaborate with Development Officers to grow lifetime givingย 
  • Deliver a high-quality, personalized donor experience through thoughtful outreach, stewardship, and relationship managementย 
  • Leverage tools such as CRM,ย FreeWill, andย DonorSearchย to support pipeline growth and reportingย 
  • Ensureย accurateย andย timelyย documentation of donor interactions, commitments, and strategiesย 
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure planned gifts are properly processed, documented, and stewardedย 
  • Identifyย and implement process improvements to strengthen donor experience and operational efficiencyย
