Forth Troon Diagnostic and Counseling Center is seeking skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional mental health services in a remote work setting. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Work Environment

As a remote mental health professional, you will have the flexibility to provide therapy and conduct assessments from the comfort of your home, while still being part of a vibrant, collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.
  • Deliver effective short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services for patients dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that focus on critical topics impacting patient well-being, personal development, and effective coping strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with medical teams, patient support services, and community organizations to provide holistic care and seamless treatment experiences for our patients.
  • Participate in proactive outreach initiatives, including mental health awareness campaigns and community wellness events, to promote mental health education and resources.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized patient records in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring a high quality of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population comprising individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
