• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions primarily through video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate engagement throughout.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass assessment results, client goals, preferences, and identified challenges.
• Facilitate client self-exploration by aiding them in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

You will work primarily with stable, low acuity adults who are seeking support for a diverse range of mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in a relevant counseling discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) that allows for independent practice. Candidates with limited, provisional licenses will not be considered.
• No history of disciplinary actions against licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Good computer literacy, with proficiency in telehealth platforms for conducting virtual sessions.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, alongside a dependable internet connection for video consultations.
