This position is fully remote, allowing you to set your own schedule while working from the comfort of your home. You will utilize a user-friendly therapy platform to conduct video and text-based therapy sessions seamlessly.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to support clients in improving their mental health and coping strategies.
• Facilitate discussions surrounding emotions, thoughts, and experiences, helping clients gain deeper insights into their personal challenges and relationships.
• Act as a client advocate by assisting them in defining and achieving their mental health goals.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs using a solution-focused approach.

The clients you will serve are stable adults with low acuity, carefully screened before booking your services. This ensures you can focus on effective therapeutic practices without the added complexities of severe mental health cases. You will be matched with clients whose needs align with your areas of expertise, enhancing the therapeutic relationship and efficacy of your interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure in the state of Georgia or applicable state as a fully licensed mental health professional (available licenses include LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). Note that provisional licenses or individuals with disciplinary actions are not eligible.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a caring approach to counseling.
• Proficiency in technology and a willingness to learn new systems for client management.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, ideally with exposure to diverse populations and various therapeutic techniques. Experience in remote therapy or telehealth is advantageous but not mandatory.

Healing Orbits Inc. offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on your working hours and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
