This position allows you to work remotely from your home, providing flexibility to create your own schedule. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing evidence-based techniques to enhance clients' mental health.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and experiences, guiding them to develop deeper self-insight and improved interpersonal relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them establish and pursue meaningful therapeutic goals.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions thoroughly and formulate individualized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach, drawing upon your clinical expertise.

The clients you will support are stable adults with low acuity issues. All clients are carefully screened to ensure that they are well-suited for remote therapy, free from severe mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A valid and active professional license in good standing to practice independently in the state of Oregon, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, is essential. Note: No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are crucial for success in this role.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and basic computer literacy are expected.

• At least two years of experience working as a licensed mental health counselor in a clinical setting.
• Prior experience in telehealth service delivery is advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, based on the number of hours worked and client load. We offer a sign-on bonus to welcome new counselors into our collaborative environment, along with direct deposit payment on a weekly basis. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their health and wellness.
