• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor therapeutic approaches for individual clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's needs, ensuring measurable goals and outcomes.
• Support clients in understanding and processing their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to promote effective coping mechanisms.

You will primarily serve stable, low acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our therapeutic focus is on enhancing quality of life by equipping clients with the skills needed to navigate their unique situations. As part of a holistic approach, your work will contribute significantly to fostering mental well-being and resilience among our diverse client population.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing for independent practice. Preferred licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker with R Privilege (LCSW-R)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach.
• Strong computer literacy, with familiarity in telehealth platforms.
• Access to a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities.
• Reliable internet connection to ensure seamless virtual consultations.

• Experience working with low acuity adult populations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in solution-based therapy and evidence-based practices.
• Previous experience in remote counseling or teletherapy settings.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
