This role is designed for remote work, enabling you to provide mental health services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Our organization supports a work-life balance, with a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing professionals to manage their responsibilities effectively while delivering quality care. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning of patients.
• Provide individualized psychotherapy to a diverse patient population, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Develop, implement, and modify evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and cultural background.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, utilizing feedback from both clients and interdisciplinary team members to adjust treatment strategies as required.
• Collaborate effectively with a range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and physicians, to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
• Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality protocols, ensuring that all patient interactions are conducted with professionalism and respect.

The individuals you will serve include a broad spectrum of clients experiencing mental health difficulties, ranging from those managing everyday stressors to individuals facing more severe psychiatric conditions. By providing therapeutic support, you will be instrumental in guiding patients through their challenges and facilitating their paths toward recovery and empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience providing mental health services, with a focus on psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing strong relationships with patients and healthcare collaborators.
• Deep understanding of mental health issues, treatment modalities, and the unique experiences faced by patients in their recovery journeys.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software for managing patient information and coordinating care effectively.
• A strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to professional practice standards.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), will find their skill set particularly valuable in this role.
