What you’ll do

  • Manage a portfolio of client programs, ensuring clients see success through high‑quality applicant experience.

  • Run the day‑to‑day administration of tuition assistance and tuition reimbursement programs from start to finish.

  • Coordinate timelines and tasks so clients and applicants stay on track, ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.

  • Review payroll files, ensure accuracy, and help identify the root cause of issues.

  • Use tools and data to monitor work, flag risks, and strengthen processes.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Three (3) or more years of experience working with education assistance programs

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in relationship management

  • Five (5) or more years of experience working in a service-driven environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Leverage AI to improve efficiency and streamline workflows

  • Process & Workflow Management

  • Strong technical aptitude utilizing the company’s standard development platforms

  • Attention to detail across all aspects of the role

  • Fluency with Office 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt salaried position, and the expected regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT. Hours may be flexible and vary as needed.
