As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll work from the comfort of your home in a fully remote setting. Our outpatient office framework allows you to connect with clients via secure video chat systems, ensuring effective communication and therapy sessions. This position allows you to create a personalized work schedule within standard operating hours of Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call responsibilities. • Conduct individualized video therapy sessions with clients, focusing on enhancing their mental well-being and coping strategies.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their feelings and experiences, guiding them toward self-insight and improved relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in articulating their goals and developing actionable steps towards achieving them.
• Perform thorough assessments of client mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-oriented approaches based on your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Our clientele consists primarily of adults dealing with varying levels of mental health challenges that are generally stable and low-acuity. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• A current independent license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and telehealth platforms to facilitate effective virtual sessions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and form trusting relationships with clients.

• Prior experience in a telehealth or remote counseling environment, utilizing video conferencing technologies.
• A background in solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or other evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and presenting mental health concerns.
