• Provide individualized therapy sessions with clients via video chat to enhance their mental health and improve overall well-being.

The clients you will work with are prescreened, stable individuals with low acuity needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• An active and independent license from the state board, specifically as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations related to treatment planning and execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating both empathy and effective communication techniques.
• Proficiency in digital technologies and online platforms conducive to remote counseling.

While professional licensure is required, we prefer candidates who have experience working in outpatient settings or with populations similar to ours. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and prior usage of therapist portals will give candidates an advantage. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your caseload and experience.
