• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video chat, utilizing active listening and therapeutic techniques to assist clients in exploring their emotions and experiences.

You will primarily work with emotionally struggling adults who are seeking support for low acuity issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven experience in mental health therapy; provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate our counseling platform efficiently.
