This position is 100% remote, enabling you to create your optimal work-life balance from the comfort of your own home. You will utilize a comprehensive, user-friendly online platform for client counseling, scheduling, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus primarily on what you do best: helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients through secure video chat platforms, helping to improve their mental health and well-being.
• Foster an open environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, providing insights to enhance their self-awareness and relational dynamics.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining achievable goals and outlining a clear path for treatment.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies tailored to their unique needs.
• Maintain thorough and concise documentation of client sessions and care plans, minimizing paperwork to focus on clinical responsibilities.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with best practices in mental health care.

You will work primarily with mature, stable adults who are seeking support for issues affecting their mental health. Clients are carefully screened and typically present with low acuity challenges, allowing for a focus on therapeutic growth in a less crisis-driven environment. This ensures that you can provide the highest level of care without the overwhelming pressure often found in more acute settings.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in the state of Washington; limited/provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to perform professional evaluations, make informed decisions, and provide recommendations associated with treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a caring and empathetic demeanor to effectively connect with clients.
• Proficiency with technology and strong computer literacy skills to navigate our online counseling platform and complete necessary documentation.

• Experience in a remote counseling or telehealth environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of and experience with solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Prior experience working with adult populations with mental health needs.

• An attractive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year based on the number of hours worked and experience level.
