• Provide ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through video conferencing platforms, fostering a safe and trusting environment for clients.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on effective interventions and best practices.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges, while continuously adapting strategies based on client progress.
• Encourage clients to develop insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationship dynamics to empower them in their healing journey.
• Monitor client advancements regularly, assist in developing healthy coping mechanisms, and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsive care delivery.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor role at Brightview primarily focuses on serving stable adults with low-acuity mental health needs. You will work with clients who are experiencing a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to stress and life transitions. Our approach emphasizes empowerment and skill-building to help these individuals enhance their overall well-being and quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued license to practice mental health counseling independently; we do not provide supervision. Please include your licensing credentials and the state of issuance in your application.
• Recognized credentials include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a licensed Psychologist.
• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in digital technology and comfort with telehealth platforms, including video conferencing tools.
• A dependable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, and a reliable internet connection for conducting sessions effectively.
• Experience in working in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and time management skills.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
• Weekly direct deposit for timely payment.
• Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly health care stipend to support your well-being and medical needs.
