This role is primarily remote, allowing the Licensed Clinical Social Worker to offer flexible support while being embedded within a school environment. You will collaborate closely with educators, mental health professionals, and community resources to create a holistic approach to student care. • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services to a diverse student population dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering emotional, behavioral, and social factors that impact student well-being.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent and incorporate feedback from students and parents.
• Regularly monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies in collaboration with educational staff and parents to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate students and families about mental health issues, available treatments, and community resources, fostering a support network outside clinical settings.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards by ensuring confidentiality and obtaining informed consent in all therapeutic relationships.

The LCSW will primarily support students from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. This demographic may include those with historical trauma, learning disabilities, or those navigating adolescence. You will play a vital role in not only addressing individual psychological needs but also advocating for inclusive practices within the educational framework.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
• Strong clinical competencies including the ability to craft and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) to track patient data and treatment progress effectively.

• Experience working in a school or educational setting, with an understanding of the unique challenges faced by students.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions specifically designed for young populations.
• Previous involvement in multifaceted care teams to address broader health and social needs.
• Expertise in community resource navigation to better assist families in accessing holistic care.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
