As a telehealth provider, you will deliver counseling services through a secure, user-friendly digital platform designed for ease of use by both counselors and clients. • Conduct compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities and evidence-based practices to tailor individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and adjust treatment goals in collaboration with clients, helping them gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitor client progress throughout their therapeutic journey and assist them in developing healthy coping strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and confidentiality standards.
• Regularly participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuinely sympathetic demeanor are critical to building strong therapeutic relationships.
• Proficient computer skills to effectively utilize the telehealth platform and manage client documentation.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role or familiarity with telehealth practices is preferred.

• Compensation ranges from USD 90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
