This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through a secure video platform. • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via video chat, providing tailored interventions that foster mental health improvement.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions about their emotions and life experiences, helping them gain insights into themselves and their relationships.
• Act as an advocate for your clients by assisting them in articulating their goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and formulate treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach, guided by your clinical expertise.

You will be working with a diverse clientele of stable adults who are experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Clients are carefully screened to ensure that they are suitable for a remote therapeutic setting, which promotes a focused and effective therapeutic environment. Your role will directly contribute to enhancing the overall mental health and quality of life for these individuals.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential issued by a state board. Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations, informed decisions, and develop treatment strategies that are grounded in clinical knowledge.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature are vital for building rapport with clients.
• You should also possess strong computer literacy skills to effectively navigate our platform and provide teletherapy.

While 2 years of experience are required, additional experience in diverse therapy modalities or previous work in community health settings is favorable. Experience working with clients in a telehealth capacity is considered a strong asset, as it allows for a smoother transition into our remote environment.
