Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Facilitate client self-awareness by helping them gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitor clients’ progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to promote healthy coping mechanisms and resilience.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate patient records while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be serving stable, low-acuity adults who present a range of mental health concerns. Our goal is to assist individuals in developing essential coping strategies to enhance their quality of life. By creating a safe and supportive environment, you will help clients address their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice independently as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong empathetic nature.
• Proficient computer literacy skills to effectively utilize telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience working with adults facing mental health issues and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities can enhance your effectiveness within this role. We value therapists who are self-motivated, with a passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and experience level. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
