As a licensed mental health counselor, you will:

• Conduct ethical, individualized counseling sessions via a video platform, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the diverse needs of your clients.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship concerns. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional with:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clean professional history without disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature, allowing you to connect deeply with clients.
• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate our therapist platform efficiently.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a remote counseling environment and those who have successfully treated a diverse clientele. An ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of clients will be highly valued.
