Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions using secure video chat technology to support clients in enhancing their mental well-being.
• Guide clients in exploring their thoughts and feelings, providing a safe and empathetic space for them to develop self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Actively advocate for clients by helping them identify achievable personal goals and navigate their emotional landscape.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that employ solution-focused methodologies in alignment with clinical best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with low-acuity adult clients who are stable but seeking support for various mental health concerns. Our focus is on equipping these individuals with the skills necessary to overcome life’s challenges, emphasizing their potential for growth and improved well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), capable of practicing independently without supervision.
• No provisional licenses, no disciplinary actions on your professional record.
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our digital tools effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in a remote therapy setting is advantageous, we welcome all qualified therapists who are adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about fostering positive client relations. Experience handling low-acuity or stable adult cases is a plus.
