This role is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to deliver high-quality mental health services from the comfort of your own home or private setting. As a key member of our mental health team, you'll leverage technology such as video chat platforms to connect with clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective support. • Deliver clinical services primarily through teletherapy, creating and implementing personalized, recovery-based treatment plans for each client.
• Conduct frequent assessments to ensure treatment plans meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Collaboratively develop, monitor, and enact individual service plans that address each client’s unique challenges and goals.
• Assist clients in acquiring essential coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills.
• Act as an advocate for clients by educating them about available community resources and helping them access these services.

You will work with diverse clients aged 18 and older who may struggle with conditions that impact their independence and community stability. Many clients face challenges in managing their mental health, and your role will be instrumental in guiding them through their recovery journey. Your engagement will not only improve their daily functioning but will also help build their resilience against future hardships.

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Valid and current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with no disciplinary actions.
• Must be capable of practicing independently, demonstrating professional acumen and self-sufficiency.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural inclination towards empathy and support for clients.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms for service delivery.
• Reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted service delivery.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to implement skill-building activities, including personal development and daily living skills.
• Keen understanding of family dynamics and developmental issues faced by clients.
• Experience with symptom monitoring, behavioral and anger management therapies.
• Strong skills in aftercare planning and client confidentiality.
