• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress regularly to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making adjustments as necessary to align with their mental health goals.
• Collaboratively work with patients to establish detailed treatment plans that address their specific goals and needs, ensuring cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and professionals to facilitate patient referrals, creating a supportive network that enhances the continuity of care.
• Engage in educational activities, mentoring interns and students, fostering a culture of learning and skill development within the clinic.
• Participate in clinical supervision processes which may include peer reviews, chart auditing, and team collaboration to cultivate professional growth for yourself and your colleagues.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing and addressing mental health issues across different age groups, including knowledge of relevant ethical guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective engagement with patients and other professionals.
• Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences in therapeutic practices, enhancing the quality of care provided to all patients.

• Between six months to one year of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting, having engaged in direct patient care.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital health documentation tools.
• Background in working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
