As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, backgrounds, and mental health challenges.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that target specific goals and solutions for trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral strategies, to achieve meaningful therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential electronic health records to document client progress and updates.
• Collaborating regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Staying informed on the latest research and methodologies in mental health care to continually enhance the quality of services provided.
• Facilitating educational workshops and support groups to foster community engagement and promote mental wellness.

This role primarily supports diverse clients who are dealing with mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work with individuals of varying backgrounds, ages, and social circumstances, requiring a culturally sensitive approach to treatment. The rehabilitation process is a collaborative effort focused on empowering clients to take charge of their recovery journeys.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution within therapeutic settings.

While the following experiences are not mandatory, they are highly desirable:

• Experience working in rehabilitation or mental health settings, specifically focusing on trauma-informed care.
