Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs and goals of each client, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that align with best clinical practices.
• Deliver therapy through various modalities, including individual, couples, and family sessions, adapting techniques to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality care.
• Effectively manage scheduling and session notes through a user-friendly digital platform, enabling a streamlined administrative process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted professional license in the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven ability to deliver therapy independently and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• A background in working with a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions is an advantage.
