Work Environment

This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space while contributing to a supportive and innovative team culture. While working from home, you will be equipped with all necessary technological tools, including access to secure electronic medical records systems, teletherapy platforms, and digital assessment tools to facilitate effective therapy sessions. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' histories, needs, and goals, which inform the development of individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions, addressing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and interpersonal conflicts.
  • Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and wellness coaches, to ensure seamless integration of care and comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients primarily include adults facing a variety of emotional and psychological difficulties. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including many who are struggling with the impact of trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress. Empathy and an understanding of cultural competence are vital as you develop strong therapeutic alliances with clients, guiding them toward healing and growth.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.
  • At least two years of direct experience working with clients who face emotional and behavioral challenges, demonstrating strong clinical skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients quickly.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred, but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth practices and group therapy facilitation is highly desirable. A background in trauma-informed care practices will also be beneficial, allowing you to better support clients with complex emotional needs.

Compensation and Benefits
