Your role on the team: (job description)

1. AI-Driven Brokerage Innovation

  • Works with external vendors and internal stakeholders to drive new innovation by embedding AI/ML to automate high-volume data extraction from complex trade
    documentation
  • Identifies and embeds cutting-edge technologies to maximize operational productivity and eliminate regulatory risk

2. External Solutions & Ecosystem Evaluation

  • Researches, sources, and integrates third-party tech vendors to accelerate productivity gains and eliminate processing bottlenecks
  • Evaluates outside compliance and risk-monitoring software to augment internal tools and catch regulatory anomalies
  • Manages proof-of-concept (PoC) testing for emerging external AI, OCR, and classification engines before full-scale integration

3. Predictive Analytics & Client Reporting Engine

  • Builds KPI dashboards and compliance scorecards (FTA utilization, AEO status, audit risks) for internal compliance and management purposes
  • Provides support in updating and evolving client facing dashboards to ensure we are always providing worthwhile and relevant data


4. Product, Workflow & System Evolution

  • Leads the design, roadmap, and rollout of modern customs workflows, digital entry-filing systems, and microservices
  • Manages software upgrade cycles, technical tickets, and feature requests to continuously shrink clearance lead times

5. Tech & Collaboration Focus

  • Champions AI/ML models to handle document OCR, automated classification routing, and proactive regulatory risk detection
  • Maximizes and extends core platform functionalities to streamline digital clearance and build competitive product moats

What you need: (requirements)

  • Minimum of 8 years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and training
  • Proven record of project management of timelines, deliverables, and coordination between all necessary partners. Experience with customs digitalization initiatives (incl. Amari AI) and coordination between Product and IT (DHO / AMS) a strong plus
