ServiceNow Developer
*This is a remote position.
*There will be times when this position will be required for on-site meetings in the Raleigh area but most of the work will be remote.
Description:
  • Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and solutions.
  • You will be responsible for customizing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance
     
Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules including form design workflow creation and custom scripting.
  • Configuration: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business including incident management change management problem management and more.
  • Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services APIs or other integration tools.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts workflows or integrations.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations customizations and integrations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts project managers and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration including coding standards testing procedures and change management processes.
  • Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
