Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on each client's unique goals and challenges, adjusting them as needed based on progress and feedback.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, delivering care through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment methods accordingly, ensuring that interventions are effective and responsive to client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies to address urgent client situations.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise to support comprehensive client care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatments and best practices by participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from varying backgrounds and experiences, seeking support across a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. You will work closely with individuals, couples, and families, building rapport and trust while addressing their diverse needs and facilitating positive change in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and client-centered approach to care.
• A commitment to adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in the mental health field is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with telehealth services and online therapy modalities. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonus opportunities.
