Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, formulating clinical diagnoses while applying DSM-5 criteria.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the distinct goals of each client.
• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions to foster communication and healing.
• Provide crisis intervention and strategies for managing acute mental health emergencies effectively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Fatima Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience.
