• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services via our secure telehealth system, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate therapeutic techniques based on client preferences.
• Establish therapeutic goals in cooperation with clients and offer ongoing support, adjustments, and motivation as they work through their challenges.
• Document therapy sessions and track client progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health documentation.
• Remain engaged with clients through follow-up sessions, referrals to additional resources as needed, and promoting self-care strategies.

The therapists at Prime Therapist Counseling Center serve a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our remote service model allows us to reach clients across Augusta, Georgia, and surrounding areas, ensuring that we cater to a variety of cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, and personal experiences in our practice.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Either a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, fostering a trusting connection with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstration of strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining timely documentation and meeting deadlines.

• Experience providing remote therapy, ideally with a solid understanding of telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques.
• Background in working with a diverse set of client demographics, offering culturally sensitive therapy that respects individual backgrounds.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary team collaborations, facilitating a comprehensive approach to client care.

• The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
