Work Environment

This remote position allows for flexibility and autonomy, letting therapists manage their work in a structured online environment without the distractions often found in traditional office settings. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a consistent daytime schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specifically using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, to a diverse client base through telehealth.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in our secure electronic health record system in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative consultations to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic practices.
  • Establish and monitor client goals as part of a personalized treatment plan, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
