How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the strategic roadmap and operational delivery of the enterprise platform to align software solutions with broader organizational goals.
  • Oversee multi-vendor delivery performance, resource allocations, and timekeeping metrics for 35–50 service provider staff members.
  • Champion a cohesive "One Team" culture to eliminate delivery silos between external vendor staff and internal product teams.
  • Mentor and guide internal Product Managers and Product Analysts to foster technical growth and elevate platform execution standards.
  • Align executive leadership, vendor managers, and cross-functional development teams to ensure high-quality, compliant software releases.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • 10 years of progressive experience managing enterprise software platform delivery and external vendor teams.
  • Proven track record leading multi-application software environments within a large-scale, complex enterprise ecosystem.
  • Documented experience providing direct technical mentorship to product managers, business analysts, or software delivery teams.
