Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Catering Operations & Marketing Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of catering orders while actively promoting and expanding our catering services. This position combines client communication, logistical coordination, and strategic marketing to support continued growth and operational efficiency within the catering division.
Core Responsibilities

Catering Operations & Client Coordination
  • Act as the main contact for all catering requests and inquiries
  • Process and manage orders received through phone, email, online platforms, and third-party services
  • Review and verify order specifications, pricing, delivery timing, and custom requests
  • Partner with culinary and operations teams to ensure accurate production and punctual fulfillment
  • Track upcoming events, maintain organized scheduling systems, and manage follow-up communication
  • Handle invoicing, deposits, adjustments, and order modifications
  • Deliver clear, professional, and responsive communication throughout the customer journey
Catering Growth & Marketing Initiatives
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase catering sales
  • Oversee catering-focused messaging across social media, email campaigns, website updates, and paid advertising
  • Design promotional materials, seasonal packages, and branded sales tools
  • Keep catering menus, photography, and online descriptions current and compelling
