Job description

Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our innovative teletherapy team. This full-time, remote role enables you to provide essential mental health services to communities across Missouri, enhancing access to care and improving the mental well-being of individuals in need. With a focus on flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment, you'll play a crucial role in delivering quality counseling services on a platform designed for modern therapists.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a global leader in teletherapy, leveraging technology to make mental health care more accessible than ever. Our mission is to transform the landscape of mental health services through an integrative approach that prioritizes convenience, flexibility, and effectiveness. We are committed to supporting our clients and our therapists, ensuring a collaborative atmosphere that promotes both personal and professional growth.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The hospice center setting offers a unique perspective on mental health, catering to clients dealing with end-of-life issues and emotional distress related to terminal illnesses. You will work within a supportive digital platform that minimizes administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on client care. Your workspace should adhere to privacy policies, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via our user-friendly teletherapy platform, utilizing digital tools to enhance the therapeutic process.
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, setting measurable goals and adjusting strategies as required.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, fostering a supportive community among clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation with minimal paperwork, as our platform streamlines reporting to focus on therapy.
  • Stay abreast of the latest mental health trends, therapies, and tools, utilizing our extensive library of resources to enhance your practice.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights, challenges, and successes, promoting an environment of continuous improvement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with clients managing various mental health challenges, many of whom are dealing with significant emotional stress due to terminal illnesses. All clients are screened to ensure they are stable and of low acuity, allowing you to provide focused and effective counseling without the overwhelming demands often associated with acute mental health cases. The environment encourages compassion and understanding, helping clients navigate their emotional journeys with dignity.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
  • Must be a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Missouri, with no disciplinary actions on your license.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating creativity and adaptability while delivering virtual interventions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client engagements.
  • A designated private area for conducting sessions that meets compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing a caseload autonomously, catering to a varied client demographic.
  • Possession of dual or multi-state certifications is a valuable asset.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually for full-time roles, along with an attractive sign-on bonus for those who see their first client within two weeks of onboarding. Benefit packages include:

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
  • Access to a library of therapy tools and resources at no cost.
  • Minimal paperwork allows you to concentrate on client care rather than extensive reporting.
  • Free on-platform counseling for your personal mental health needs.
  • Incentives through referral programs to encourage community engagement.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we believe in nurturing our professionals' growth. Opportunities for advanced training, certification, and mentorship programs are readily available, along with the potential for leadership roles in our expanding teletherapy services. Consistent team collaboration fosters an environment where your contributions are valued, and your career trajectory can be shaped according to your aspirations.

Why Join Our Team

By becoming a part of Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you join a forward-thinking organization that recognizes the importance of mental health in our communities. With our commitment to a supportive work culture, flexible schedules, and the capacity to make a real difference in people's lives, you'll find your work deeply rewarding and aligned with your professional goals. Join us in our mission to inspire hope and healing through accessible mental health care.
