In your role as an LCSW, you will undertake a variety of fulfilling responsibilities, including:

Your practice will predominantly involve working with children and adolescents within a school setting. You will address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. By employing solution-focused psychotherapy, you will contribute directly to improving the mental health trajectories of young individuals and their families.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in therapeutic services and working with children or adolescents.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused methodologies and techniques to foster meaningful client change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to tackle complex case scenarios and devise appropriate interventions.
