Work Environment

This is a remote work position, allowing you to provide therapy to clients without the need for a physical office. Our virtual environment leverages secure telehealth platforms designed to facilitate seamless interactions between counselors and clients. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to maintain a work-life balance while serving clientsโ€™ needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to create a tailored treatment plan.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Support clients during crises by offering immediate interventions and emotional support through secure virtual channels.
  • Keep meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare specialists to foster a comprehensive care approach.

Qualifications
