Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health needs, determine diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to deliver short-term counseling services for individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other behavioral health disorders.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in behavioral sciences such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
