• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop and customize individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and aspirations.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.
• Deliver teletherapy services effectively, utilizing technology to connect with clients for remote sessions.
• Respond promptly to clients in crisis by providing intervention services as necessary, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training to remain informed about the latest in mental health practices and therapeutic methodologies.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach, demonstrating a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring effective case management and timely responsiveness to client needs.
• No current disciplinary actions related to licensure.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals or families is highly desirable.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and technologies to facilitate virtual sessions.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a proactive approach to professional development.
