Location: Decatur, IL
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Reports To: Intact Supervisor

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement service plans to support family stabilization
Conduct weekly home visits and outreach activities
 Facilitate healthy interpersonal relationships within families
 Advocate for clients and assist with school adjustment and permanency planning
 Attend and participate in multi-disciplinary staffings and court hearings
 Maintain accurate and timely case records and progress notes
 Collaborate with community agencies to ensure wraparound services
 Participate in training, seminars, and professional development

What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master of Social Work or equivalent preferred)
Experience: Professional experience in child welfare or family services preferred
Requirements:

  • Successfully obtain Intact Specialty Certification

  • Valid Illinois driver's license and proof of required auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable with home-based services and on-call duties
