• Deliver individualized, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at achieving measurable therapeutic goals for clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments to fully understand clients' emotional and relational needs, ensuring accurate treatment planning and goal setting.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, HIPAA standards, and organizational policies to ensure compliance and enhance client care.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case reviews, collaborating with mental health professionals to uphold best practices and receive clinical supervision, thus reinforcing both client and provider support.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives, working to reduce stigma associated with therapy while promoting available mental health resources and services.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients in urgent situations, employing proven strategies to manage crises effectively and support clients in distress.

Your client base will include a diverse array of individuals and families, with particular emphasis on those experiencing trauma, navigating relationship difficulties, or undergoing significant life transitions. The support you provide will empower clients to work through their challenges and cultivate healthier relationships, enhancing their overall emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Vermont is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, are essential in this role.
• The ability to make clinical judgments promptly while seeking supportive consultation when necessary is vital for effective client care.
• Must adhere to ethical guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice within the therapeutic context.

• At least two years of experience in providing trauma-informed therapeutic care, working with families in crisis, and helping clients navigate complex life transitions is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in community mental health settings or outpatient therapy practices is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
