• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' specific mental health needs and conditions.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing therapeutic methods tailored to diverse mental health concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing your skills and empathy to navigate challenging situations.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, encouraging open discussions, and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

You will work with a variety of clients from different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, addressing their unique mental health struggles. The diversity of our client base ensures that therapists engage in enriching experiences, enhancing their clinical skills while contributing to community health.

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital, enabling the establishment of rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations are crucial for this role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with varied therapeutic backgrounds or specialties in areas such as trauma, addiction, or family therapy are particularly encouraged to apply.
