Position Summary:

The Personal Risk Service Center Account Coordinator provides centralized administrative and servicing support for client accounts. In this role, the Account Coordinator works closely with Personal Risk Account Managers and, as needed, Private Client Account Executives to support daytoday service activities, documentation, and policy processing. The role also partners with insurance carriers to process endorsements, issue policy documents, and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

This position is part of NFP’s Personal Risk Service Center model, which delivers structured, centralized support to service teams across the organization. The Account Coordinator collaborates with service center colleagues and internal partners to support workflows and service standards. This role also offers the opportunity to crosstrain with NFP’s Private Client Group, gaining exposure to more complex accounts for affluent and highnetworth clients and building a strong foundation for growth within NFP’s Personal Risk practice.

This is a full-time opportunity open to a hybrid or remote schedule. Candidates must have access to a reliable, confidential, and interruption-free workspace, along with a stable high-speed internet connection.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist a team of 7+ Account Managers with daily or routine responsibilities in processing endorsements, agency bill transactions, creating evidences of insurance and automobile identification cards and direct bill reconciliations
  • Will liaise with external carriers and escrow companies
  • Inputs changes (such as renewals) and files various items electronically in EPIC document management system
  • Follow up with the insurance companies for outstanding policy endorsements, etc.
  • Prepares I.D. cards, evidence of insurance, applications, binders and cancellations under the direction of Account Manager or Account Executive
  • Maintains suspense file both electronic and manual for various correspondence and endorsements
  • Processes premium and non-premium endorsements
  • Will assist on various projects as needed and assign by Department Manager
  • Matches mail, i.e. policies, endorsements, pending mail, copies
  • When working from home, you must maintain a private workspace to secure company equipment and correspondence; maintain high-speed internet, be present and responsive online and minimize personal interruptions during your work shift

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience, with insurance experience preferred
  • Experience using Applied EPIC preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making independent decisions and collaborating with others
  • Teamoriented, adaptable, and committed to continual learning and development
  • P&C license preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months
