• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring you tailor interventions to fit each client’s unique needs.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to drive effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records while strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and other relevant compliance protocols.
• Engage in case consultations and regular peer review meetings, fostering a culture of shared learning and quality improvement.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources to enhance their awareness and involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health, consistently integrating this knowledge into your practice.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Your role is crucial in providing tailored support and developing treatment plans that address the unique circumstances and backgrounds of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible care on their mental health journey.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client situations effectively.
• A collaborative mindset that values teamwork and recognizes the importance of shared goals in the treatment process.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in community health settings.
