• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and the ability to apply evidence-based treatment approaches effectively.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy tailored to the cultural and individual needs of clients.
• Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the capacity to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
