Flourish Counsel Connect is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality mental health and social services that empower individuals and families to overcome adversity and enhance their emotional well-being. As an LICSW, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored intervention plans, and providing counseling services to help clients navigate complex social challenges.

Key Responsibilities
