• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, personal challenges, and therapeutic goals through structured intake interviews.
• Deliver individualized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, utilizing effective communication strategies and conflict resolution techniques to address relationship dynamics and familial conflicts.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques and interventions, regularly adjusting strategies based on client progress and feedback.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients undergoing acute episodes, utilizing de-escalation techniques and support resources to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping methodologies, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and outcome measures in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practices, striving to ensure the highest level of professionalism and maintaining client confidentiality.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical experience with a sound understanding of various counseling techniques and approaches.

• Experience in a clinical setting, including outpatient therapy environments.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, ensuring effective delivery of remote counseling services.

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
