Position Overview

Seaside Counseling and Assessment is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Laredo, Texas. Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your chosen environment while still being part of a cohesive team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, self-care practices, and coping strategies.
  • Monitor client progress meticulously, ensuring that treatment plans are modified as needed to meet evolving needs.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, integrating mental health with physical health resources.
